Art In Place

Nathalie I met at a school event - she had recently arrived from Buckinghamshire England to Singapore we bonded over Britishness and chocolate cake; then when we swapped cards she said ' OMG Clare - it's me ....Nathalie who has been emailing you a lot about a Sentosa Cove painting.

Sammie and Nathan visited my studio open day after seeing my exhibition of Singapore Landmarks at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore. They felt connected to this painting of the Shophouses at Blair Road exude the Singapore heritage style with the tropical front gardens and intricate Peranakan details.

"Your work is beautiful and we are excited about having a memory of our time in Singapore'.  It's also good to know that you will ship the unframed prints overseas."

Henrietta has been a great supporter or my work. She currently has three of my LImited Edition Fine Art Prints in her home in Surrey, England - The Botanic Gardens, Singapore Skyline and Tropical Ginger Lily from my Botanical Collection.

A few weeks have passed but just wanted to say thank you for the fabulous print of Raffles Hotel. My husband loved it and it has now taken pride of place in our living room. Guests have also commented on the picture, and especially love the colours and attention to detail.
