Slipper Orchids, also known as 'Lady Slipper Orchids' have an exquisite appearance and are characterized by their slipper-shaped pouches. They thrive in the humidity of the tropics and are symbolic of a rare and delicate beauty. This print of Botanical Slipper Orchid is inspired by Clare's visits to the Singapore Botanic Gardens where the 'Mist House' in the Orchid Garden houses some of the rarest specimens of Orchids and Tropical Flowers.
