Inspired by Asia, this design is inspired by my former home Singapore and the deliciously decorative heritage Shophouses where spices from around the orient like mace and nutmeg were once sold by Peranakan traders back in the 1800s. The design features Chinese Pots and twisty trees, Frangipani, Fan Palms and Peonies and Peranakan figures in their traditional Kebaya dress and those colourful Ginger Jars.
